A. Yes, absolutely.

Q. What does it exactly mean, two contrasting styles?
A. In general, it means two contrasting musical periods. If you have an instrumental combination for which repertoire is limited, I recommend the works to be at least 40 years apart. If this still poses a problem, keep in mind we always welcome original works by your composer friend -

Q. There is a 30-min minimum requirement for the CD and competition program; can we submit a program that's longer?
A. There is no upper limit in duration. After 30 min, the length is left to the discretion of the performers, to submit the program they would want the judges to hear.
